SWEET LITTLE GIRL?

Pax was sick last week. Miss Ceci had to change him a few times on Monday and she had to dip into her own stash of clothes. When I went to pick him up, this is what I found. Pax makes a kinda cute girl....but a CRAZY cute boy, if you ask me.
